I noticed the neatest thing in one of the weekly sales flyers that I got in the mail. One of the stores in town was having an off the grid living sale. They had an entire section devoted to green energy products and most of these items were on sale. This had my attention because I have been looking into buying and installing some solar panels for the house but the price has always stopped me. This sale was advertising the solar panels at 50% of regular price. There was also a package that included solar panels, a wind turbine kit and some books and videos on how to properly install each of the items. That was all the coaxing I needed, I went right down and bought the package.
